While going through a interview, the importance of evaluating the non-verbal communication is that

  1. the non-verbal communication like a kind handshake, good posture and a confident eye contact which comes up with the job candidates will shows the confidence of interviwee.
  2. The mirroring and matching the non-verbal communication will provide information of connectivity with the interviewee.
  3. To have the first impression on the attitude of the candidate can be gained through non-verbal communication.
