My company is a restaurant which serves food from my home country India. I am planning to open a restaurant in North Cyprus with an investment of five hundred thousand rupees. There are two properties available which will require substantially remodeling to attract customers. One property is located in Girni and other is located in Lefkosia.
The advantage and disadvantages of these two locations are that Girni is located at main market and it sees a lot of customers who come for dining but the rent is also very high for this place on the other hand Lefkosia is not located on a very prime location but it has a very spacious restaurant and can be used for people who can come for long drive. The advantage of this is the rent is almost 50% as compared to first location.
The more advantage which which I feel is the location of Girni, because it is very important for restaurants to have a prime location and one of the most important factors contributing to the success of a successful operation of restaurant are the customers which come to the restaurant considering the location. So after considering the benefits of this location I would select this location for my restaurant.
