The city also maintains a healthy and safe environment and an up-to-date, well-maintained infrastructure that makes San Diego a great place to do business and live. Companies have an edge in the market and help them expand and prosper. The business is eligible for financial incentives if it meets at least one of the following criteria:
It provides significant revenue and / or employment.

It encourages the stabilization and growth of city taxes and other revenues.

Proper development takes place in the old part of the city.

It is being inspired by other jurisdictions to move from San Diego.

But they can do the following to attract new businesses. According to PESTEL.
1) Can provide loans to businessmen at low interest rates.
2) It is definitely beneficial if the exchange rate improves.
3) Controlling inflation.
4) Planning for the benefit of business people.
