According to me following are the things that can make a good business report and presentation-
1.The report and presentation should be accurate, relevant and informative that should highlight the main objective to its reader and audience.
2. The report and presentation should be written in a concise manner, using a minimum amount of words to make a clear point,for active participation by use of engaging Language.
3.One should make Use Of visuals that will attract the readers and focus their attention to the presentation.
4.There should be important to understand the audience and use ordinary language that everyone can understand.
5.Structure the whole report into charts- Breaking down your solution step-by-step is the best way to increase the effectiveness of your presentation writing a report, you want to start with the big picture--the major issues, the most important points.
6.There should be more emphasis given on Selection of design,consistency with your font,Format that will bring perfection which helps in Working Well
7.Have a strong opening by asking a question which make the audience curious to know more about the topic and be objective of whatever is framed in the report.
8.To deliver good business report and presentation plan for a smooth delivery- practice more and use timer to allocate proper time to each point for time management.
9.while concluding tie up with a summary with conveying some message,ask questions,let them think whatever they have percieved.
