There are different types of transplantation include tissue transplantation like cornea, bone, skin, pancreas islets,herat valves, nerves,veins, bone marrow and stem cells. and organ transplantation like heart, liver, lung, pancreas, kidney, skin. Tissue transplantation is a procedure an organ is removed from donor and placed to recipient body. transplantation is one of the most challenging and complex area of modern medicine. some of the key areas for medical management are the problem of transplant rejection, transplant rejection can be reduced through serotyping to determine the most appropriate donor- recipient match and through the use of immunosuppressant drugs. careful evaluation of physical condition of donor and recipient is important to identify the problems. for tissue transplantation that is any part removing from a person for the purpose of transplantation a consent is required, no tissues or cells should be removed from the body of a living minor for the purpose of transplantation.cells or tissues should only be donated freely.allocation of tissue should be guided by clinical criteria and ethical norms. high quality ,safe and efficacious procedures are essential for donor and recipient.
