The character that I chose is of Dr. Sheldon Cooper from the TV show The Big Bang theory. The following are 5 key social determinants of health and it's influence on his health:

1. Economic Stability: Dr. Sheldon Cooper is a theoretical physicist at a major university. Due to his good employment, he is able to have a stable financial and economic condition to take care of his health and related expenses. Economic stability is the prime reason why patient aggregates his health condition deu to lack of resources for helathcare management and access to beat facilities. Therefore as Dr Cooper is stable he is able to get best possible helathcare and sevices due to his economic stability.

2. Education: Dr. Cooper has multiple doctorates and his highly educated. This education plays a key role in his careful and preventative health care outlook. Due to his knowledge on diseases and factors that can make a person I'll has helped him take preventative and other precautions which helps him to maintain a good health.

3. Community and social factor: Dr. Cooper is closely involved in academic community and his wife Dr. Amy is a neurobiologist helps in medical research for disease prevention and also mental health approach. Dr. Cooper has close proximity to his friend Dr. Bernadette who is a microbiologist, who helps in contributing key insights for disease and pharmaceutical medicine approach. So the community that Dr. Cooper belongs keeps him very well informed to focus and maintain a good health. His collaboration with other scientists also helps in contributing to community health care measures and approaches.

4. Health and Healthcare: Health is very important and on priority for Dr. Cooper as he is a germaphobic person and is very meticulous regarding his health and health of hisnclose ones. As Dr Cooper is stable financially, he has gone health insurance and access to good emergency and medical hospitals. Dr. Cooper lives in Pasadena California which has good medical facilities and hospital and this is helpful to his health and Healthcare outcomes. It also helps that Dr Cooper is more concerned with his health and health of his room mates and all other friends which helps other people being sensitized to take good care and maintain optimal hygiene and good health. Dr. Cooper has implemented good health rules and practices to avoid any infections or diseases which is critical in elimination of disease risk factors and future illness.

5. Neighborhood and environment: Dr Cooper as mentioned lives in Pasadena California which has the best medicical and hospital facilities which can tackle and help in emergency situations and plays an important role in maintaining his good health. As access to healthcare facility is good and in vicinity in a good city, it helps in healthcare. The environmental aspect such as clean apartment, clean office at the University, clean city helps Dr Cooper maintain his good health and take appropriate precautions to good helathcare
