After my graduation,I started my career in my institute as a registered nurse. While during my RN program I have learned a lot. After a few months later I got a oppurtunity to work in a infection control program.I worked there for two months.I had to go to each wards and areas in our hospital to check the infection control measures;helped them to follow infection control strategies.I had to educate the all health care members regarding the wastte disposal, disinfection, personal cleanliness, biohazard management etc. I played a well team member role as well a educator role.

It is true that ,RN program moulded me to play a good part in infection control team.I became more vigilant in cases of epidemic, endemic and pandemic times. Moreover, me and our ward members (where I worked permanantely) formed a group to facilitate the infection control movements.Personally i felt more responsible and I tried to motivate my colleagues.Additionally we conducted infection control education program for housekeeping team as well.

I can surely say that RN program we got after the graduation helped me to play my role well in this team. I learned  the lessons how to tackle infection spread in my RN program. The confidence I gained in RN program surely helped me contribute my experience in infection control team.I was literally happy to see that our efforts fruitified( My ward got the best infection control group award ).I strongly believe this is achieved due to the training of our RN programs.
