Consider a team that you are familiar with - either by being a member of the team, a team leader, or a bystander.  What were the team's goals? How productive was the team?   How did the team members interact with one another?   Apply at least two major concepts or theories of teams and teamwork discussed in lecture or in the book (e.g., principles of effective teams; team member socialization; team diversity; functions of different team members) to explain why the team was or wasn't effective.

When i was in 10th standard in 2013, i had been gone to participate for national level championship with my kho-kho team after selecting at Region level.

As everyone our aim were to be select further. But none of team members was working hard for the next round selection.

As we know labour and dedication decide our win, so we lost the first match and got disqualified.

Actually, interaction between team members were very poor and no one were hearing to leader.

Teamwork skills include the mix of interactive interpersonal problem solving and communication skills but we weren't interacting in that tournament.

Team diversity refers to the differences between individual members of a team that can exist on various dimensions like age, nationality, religious background, functional background or task skills, sexual orientation, and political preferences, among others.

Since we had a diverse range of player but we couldn't effectively synchronised the turn or sequences.
