Answer- Appendicitis primarily affect the digestive system of the body. It also affects the urinary system and immune system as well.
• In Appendicitis, a person will experience the following symptoms-
1. Abdominal pain
2. Loss of appetite
3. Indigestion
4. Nausea
5. Vomiting
6. Diarrhea
7. Abdominal swelling
Other symptoms may include-
Low grade fever
Constipation
Frequent urination, because of irritation of ureter, which can imitate the symptoms of urinary tract infections.
• The main sign of Appendicitis in patients will be the tenderness at mcburney point ( the right side of the abdomen that is one third of the distance from the anterior superior illiac spine to the umbilicus ).
• The treatment of Appendicitis is only surgery (appendectomy), appendectomy is the fairly simple operation but some surgeons are now doing a less invasive form of appendectomy called laparoscopic appendectomy
• The other disease affect to same body system-
1. Pelvic inflammatory disease ( PID)
2. Mecklel's diverticulitis
3. Kidney disease
