Do people have a right to health care? To primary care? To secondary care? To tertiary care? Do children? Adults? Elderly people? People with disabilities? Unemployed drug addicts? Illegal aliens?
People indeed have right to healthcare. This healthcare is not restiected to primary and depending upon the degree of illness or injury the need for secondary and tertiary helathcare is also required and rightfully deserved by the people. Health is as fundamental as the basic fundamental rights that are sacred to the entire humanity. The aggregate term "People" does include childrens , adults, elderly people, people with disabilities and unemployed ndrug addicts. However the right to healthcare for illegal aliens or illegal immigrants is debatable and according to 1966 Medicaid law they are excluded from the healthcare system and the 2010 , Patient protection and affordable care act explicitly excludes the undocumented immigrants from being able to purchase the health insurance coverage to acfeas to healthcare facilities. Therefore the illegal alien or undocumented migrants are excluded from healthcare rights.
