Yes the health care workers in the United States have the potential to meet the primary care needs created by the ACA i.e. affordable care act. The implementation of the ACA guidelines are the subject of matter these should be effectively implemented to boost the care standards in the society.

There is need to properly train or educate the healthcare professional to effectively utilize the resources and the guidelines of the ACA in their daily routine of the health care delivery, in their services as well as in their common work scenario.

There is need of proper planning to smooth access of the care at the workforce in the healthcare organizations. There is need to identify the shortcomings in the implementation of the plan.
