In A HEALTH CARE SYSTEM patients, doctors, employers, insurance companies , and pharmaceutical firms also can work as stakeholders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF STAKEHOLDER IS TO MAKE PROFIT TO THE ORGANIZATION

in terms of customers-they are responsible for increasing level of trust and loyalty. they also responsible for product quality and safety

in terms of suppliers - they are responsible for increased level of compliance

in terms of employees - stakeholders ensure health and safety at work place. and they ensure well being of workers

they also participate in risk management process

they ensure quality and communication plan

they can identify constrains

what response can expect

for example price for drugs is on increasing -pharmaceutical companies have some moral responsibility to check whether a common man can afford their product .

stakeholders can ensure good education of physician and patient (through web sites or leaflets that are easy to understand ) about treatment or diagnostic test so physicians can provide high quality care according to the demand of patient needs

Stakeholders can act positively or negatively .Some can serve the society in a better way all will depend on the attitude of its members
