Chicken and eggs are the core source of protein , veggies are the source of nutirents aand milk which is skim means the all fats are removed from milk and it is the great souce of calcium . People who are allergic to milk or lactate resistant should avoid the dairy products . The overall calories that is essential to be taken in whole day is approx 1600 to 2000 in women and 2000 to 3000 in men ( adult ).
