In Hrm, Identify the principles of effective change management models with reference to different organizational context / cultures.
The principles of effective change management with reference to different organisational context and cultures are as follows:
1. Understanding the Problem: The first important principle for the effective change management is the understanding of the problem. How well you are able to understand what the problem is about and how is the same problem is tackled with bringing a new change. You have to have a great knowledge about the change and the further steps that would taken to implement it.
2. Lead with the Culture: The next important principle is how effectively are you able to lead the change with the culture. Every organisation has a different culture, some companies like IBM have older employees and same companies like Facebook has younger employees. Understand the culture and then lead the same change accordingly.
3. Introduce in Layers: Never introduce the change all at once. It would also invite resisance and ineffective implmentation of the change. Always bring and introduce the change in layers or phases. Make sure each layer or phase is worked properly.
4. Communication and Training: Effective change management would always have effective communication and training within itself. Make sure you are able to communicate the change with your staff accordingly. Train them with the best resources and services provided to make sure they are able to adapt and understand the change with best motivation.
5. Proper Feedback and Evaluation: At last, change management is not complete without having proper evaluation and proper feedback. Evaluate what the change did in the organisation, how well are you performing and is this sustainable or not. Have effective feedback and Evaluation for better working.
