3) Identify the traits in the Big Five personality Model
The big five personality model comprise of the following traits:
Conscientiousness: Highly conscientiousness tend to be organized and mindful of details, whereas those with low levels of the trait dislike structure, and tend to be messy with things.
Extraversion: Extroverts are outgoing and tend to gain energy in social situations. On the other hand introverts (those low on extraversion) tend to be reserved and have to expend energy in social settings.
Agreeableness: People who are high in agreeableness tend to be more cooperative and feel empathy for others while those low in this trait tend to be more competitive and even manipulative.
Neuroticism: Individuals who are high in this trait tend to experience mood swings, and are prone to anxiety and depression. Those low in this trait tend to be more stable and emotionally resilient.
