1.The growing mind of children are unstoppable from learning new things out of their curiosity and inquisitiveness.Our society values every child's curiosity irrespective of any background or status. The talents of the children mesmerises everyone to value them naturally as they are.

2.Some of the ways to value their ideas and their questions and competence are by

• Trying to participate in the child's activities and supporting them by providing motivation
• Not degrading them through thoughts by providing passive comments
• Instilling confidence and hope in children

Eg.,A child when trying to bring out a new innovation ,supporting and guiding them in the project is considered to be valuing their ideas

3.Some of the area in school where children can be observed for doing their research are

• In an art, drawing ,craft ,activity classes children learn to do research with the work provided to them

4.Some of the role observation play in teaching young children are

• It enables to identify their new talents
• Can help to gain knowledge on how the child is in accordance to theirdevelopmental stage and age.
• Can plot their difficulties and enable to find a solution for it.
