Clearly Explain on each step how are you going to design the sales force for Audi A3, if you need to recruit a new sales team for Audi A3. (Assuming that you are the one who has a responsibility on this)

Sales force objective
Objective of the force would be a 20% growth in sales of the car.
Sales force strategy
Since A3 is a premieum range the target audience should be able to afford the car. Car exibition is the place where it would be launched where many car lovers would be present. All the features of the car would be flaunted to the perfect to give it all the attention it needs. An ambasador known for cars would be used to advertise the car.
Sales force stucture
Structure of the sales force would be as follows. National level incharge---->State level incharge----->District level incharge
Sales force size
The national level team would contain 3 people, The state level team would comprise of 2 people , and the district levle team would contain 1 leader with 4 assistants
Compensation
Compensation would comprise of fixed and variable pay.
Variable pay would depend upon the number of deals close by the team
