Poor judgements are the result of incomplete information, misunderstood information, stereotypes that person has, average friendly skills that a person has.
If the person receives incomplete information or he has not studied much about the information then he is likely to give poor give poor judgements, if the person doesn't concentrates when information was given it may again lead to false inferences.
If there are stereotypes based on gender, caste, religion etc then there are bound to be false inferences.
Because a person can never work well if he has some stereotypes against a person.
Poor judgements are also because of employees framing an image about a particular person or any object such as task,
if they think negative about such task it may lead to false inference.
To minimize false judgements there should be enough energy at the work place.
Employees should be ready to give information without keeping much stereotypes in mind and should make workplace as open culture.
There should be proper information delivering such as PPT, or any document which is well handy with all the employees and they are following it.
If there is friendliness in the atmosphere then employees would help each other in avoiding false inferences.
Some factors such as stress releiving exercizes also help in forgetting whatever emotionally stressful things that have happened in lives and hence employee can concentrate better.
Doing meditation activities helps in regaining concentration, hence person does not do poor judgements as the employee remains throughout the working hours.
Meditation also helps in controlling anger which often lead to poor inferences.
