They work in the field of maintaining a quality life. Nurses work on different levels of patient care. Leadership is the most prominent skill that nurses should have, the leadership skills are basically of 4 types, they can be learned in a scheduled manner. Leadership is the specific qualifications for the best nurse because she/he needs to deal with the patient and family directly, have to manage duty change, have to allocate the duties to the required HCA and other nurses.
