Our learning system in India is almost completely accademic based and textbook oriented. It is sometimes good for a short run because we acqure a lot of knowledge which make us stand in top allowing us to be valued more in case of accademic subject knowledge than students from other countries allowing us to easily get into any countries for their higher education.

But when you look into the long term we actually suffer a lot not knowing how well to and where to use the knowledge that you have acquired. Many a time we also get confused what is the actual need of a full strtch A1 grade in your 10th or 12th report. Is it actually going to help you in any way?May be,it may help. But that is nothing which is going to decide how successful your life is going to be.

First thing, our culture really mistakes our grades and marks as the deciding factors for how our field is going to be.But that is never the right thing. And wat is grade ?Its just the answers we write as such from a text or any source we get from .There is no new thoughts in that. The student never thinks in that criteria they are learning , but just representing the information someone told you.

Learning is not just accademic it even reflects the way you speak to an elder or how hygiene you can keep your environment or anything that makes your surrounding better.

Learning should be through experiancing, the student should feel it and know it that you are acquiring something precious and valuable that ia going to change our world to a better place. They should be happy to learn it and experiance it.They should never feel forced about learning something that can bring happiness to everyone.

So,our learning system should change a lot.Let them run around the field and understand the importance of every little thing around them.Do you think a social text can make them understand the world around them when they are caged in.Let them go visit the slums, the tribes, the farmers and show them what they have.Let them feel the life around them and learn from it .

Thatvis the change we should bring.
