From the video " Why do our bodies age?" by Monica Menesini, I got a very good idea of how our body ages and what are the biological factors involved in this process. The video teaches us that no matters whatever we do, but our body is not meant for extreme aging. There is no scientific definition for aging and people have different perspective about it. Though it has been highlighted that aging is the outcome of intrinsic processes and environmental factors like air, water, sunlight and food. Every interaction causes change in our body structure and function at fundamental level (cell, molecule and tissue). This decline in the body structure and body function subsequently decline with time. A total of nine factors are involved that sets the hallmark of aging right from genetic instability in the form of DNA lesions, stem cell exhausation inhibiting the generation of new cell, mytochondrial dysfunction resulting program cell death to epigenetic alteration leading to the development of degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. The video also reflects that we can not control aging even if prevent these genetic alteration as our own cell's capacity to regenerate declines with age which makes the fundamental of life. Our body can not renew itself anymore. Our body also looses its ability to control protein quality which accumulates damaged toxic nutrients which leads to abnormal metabolic activity in the body.

But during conclusion, the video also tell us that the indroduction of new technologies like cell repairing nanobots or gene therapy could possibly increases the number of years for a person. We can take an inspiration from the 100 years old people and be curious to find out new ways to alter this natural phenomenon.

Think about this verse, and explain how this might be applied to the topic of adjusting entries.
