1. There are various significant determinants of health like:

· Socioeconomic determinants: socioeconomic concerns of the individual, having huge impact on the health as it affects the accessibility of the healthcare services, affordability of the health insurance, as well as managing the nutritional needs of the body required for the proper health.

· Environment determinants: various external environmental conditions, disease sate as well as pandemic conditions also considered as the heath determinant in the population.

· Physical and lifestyle based determinants: can cave impact on various chronic disease management and hence considered as the crucial health determinant.

2. Adaptive thermo genesis is the process of the slowing of metabolism more than the expected value on the basis of lean body mass. This helps in reducing weight by decreasing the lose muscle. It also reduces the energy need of the body, also metabolism slows slightly. It has the impact on loss of body weight as it cause loss of fat-free mass, which is desired for loss of body weight.

3. Ghrelin hormone is a peptide hormone which regulate appetite on the other hand hormone Leptin controls long-term energy balance as it is a satiety hormone. Both these hormones have role in regulation of the hunger and satiety and have significant role in weight loss and weight gain of the body. Leptin decreases your appetite and thus have role in weight loss. While ghrelin levels make the person to consume and thus role in weight gain.

4. List of the obstacles which the peopl face in getting adequate amounts of physical activity:

· Lack of time

· Lack of energy

· Fear of injury

· Lack of resources

· Less awareness

· Lack of willpower

Solution is to start the physical activities in the groups so that the in the team its easy to maintain the continuity. Also under the trained professional trainer we should perform the physical activity.
