ANS 1-
There are many determinants of health,of which the common ones include - 1, Education and literacy
2, Income and social status
education and literacy plays a pivotal role in hygiene practices. An illiterate person doesnt have or show the mindset to get or has much resource info to refer him\herself to follow a healthy hygiene routine, unless someone forces them. Instead these kind of people fall preys to false health promoters and products marketed for the sake of just pure commercialism.Thereby a proper hygiene practice get purposefully neglected by the individual.
Literate people have the curiosity and lifestyle following habit of maintaining a good hygiene, because they know the aftereffects and dangers of not following it
Income and social status detrmines a persons hygiene habit extensively. His\her ability to afford a health service or a top class product depends on money spending capability. Some people prefer top brands who sell a product at higher prices through brands that showcase luxury..and people buy them as a status symbol. While others buy or use a medium range product which is affordable according to their income .
