Ethical agreements in criminal justice:

Most important part in criminal justice is that we have to eradicate the crime not the criminal. If the country's criminal justice system is well established then the we can defeat crime by unbiasedness, ethically. Criminal justice agreement provide moral guidelines, laws and standards to criminal justice system. Their must be several qualities in professional working under this system. There are several freedoms in our societies but these freedoms doesn't meant that it makes any person fully free to do anything which is illegal.

The criminal justice professionals face high and intense dilemma in all area of this process. The confusion of guilty or not guilty, yes or not is there in almost every area of criminal justice.

There are three areas the criminal justice process is running

Policies Making : Bureaucrats and politicians

Action:Police System

Decision Making: Judicial system

Correctional Process: Jails and prisons

Policies Making:

Policy making is the vital part of criminal justice system. Elected leaders from our societies and district and state level authorities makes ethics policies, rights and rules which we have to follow for our better security and safety. If anyone breaks those rules and conduct any illegal act then this will tend him for action by authority. For example Policies for criminal, for victims, violence on women, children etc.

Action: Police is the most visible part of the criminal justice process. They have to maintain the law and order.Police have to face the crimes on stage. The professional ethics are most vigilante on that part of criminal justice. Police make action against the criminal with regards to primary complaints and after that the criminal is send for next area which is court.

Decision Making : The professionals in the courtroom decide if the criminal is really a criminal or not. Then they make decisions of the quantum of punishments against particular crime. If the criminal is guilty then they send the particular individual which is criminal to prison.

Correctional Process: In prisons according to given order from the court, the criminal justice professionals kept the criminal to the period decided by court in decision making process.

In my views Action process is most important because:

In this part police professionals have to do there duty very ethical manner. They are the first who make face to face interview with the criminal. During maintaining law and order they face dilemmas of right or wrong so the required training is provided to these professional to approach high level accuracy.
