Business Impact Analysis helps the management to plan strategies which can help the business recover from such unpleasant situations.

Business continuity management system (BCMS) facilitates the business to run irrespective of any exceptional situation. BCMS has a set of procedures and rules which help the functionality of business even in the emergency situation. The BCMS must be researched upon and must have continuous improvement. This is so because the business atmosphere is quite volatile and keeps changing at random. Continuous improvement in BCMS will help business in meeting any kind of dreadful or unexpected situation.
