How does a high or low Lymphocytes level in a cbc lab relate to a client with atrial fibrialltion and chronic kidney disease.
Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cells. The count of lymphocytes helps in the diagnosis of infections or anyother disease conditions. lymphocytes represents the 20-40% of circulting white blood cells.
atrial fibrilation is an uncoordinated atrial electrical activation that causes a rapid, disorganized and uncoordinated twitching of atrial muscles. many studies have prove that, increased neutrophils and lymphocytea ratio is a marker of increased inflemmation and it is a simple and redily available predictor of atrial fibrilation or recurrence of atrial fibrilation. lymphocyte count is inversely affected with the risk of atrial fobrilation. that is the risk of atrial fibrilation will be higher when the lymphocytes level is low.
chronic kidney disease is a renal condition in which the function of kidney will loss gradualy over time. chronic kidney disease is also known as the chronic renal disease. the relative lymphocyte count is indepemdently associated with increased rate of progress in patients with CKD. aslo the studies have prove that the neutrophyl lymphocyte ratio is an indicator of inflammation in chronic kidney disease
