would it make sense to focus on strengthening your own immune system to increase the effectiveness of which it can handle exposure to these pathogens?

Prevention of disease in home or public place isn't possible if there is no team work. However getting ourselves immunised is a good idea but others in our society also consider doing it. Alone we cannot cease the spread of any pathogens.

It is important to educate the society the importance of safe practices at work, home and in public places. It is possible by using various social media like digital media, television and newspapers and so on .

In order to ensure a safe environment for the whole society we must start from ourselves if everyone act like this it won't be a tough task to spread communication of various diseases.

Encourage people to

  • To use bolied drinking water
  • Don't spit on public places
  • Regular handwashing is recommended
  • Keep your house and premises clean and disinfected
