Antidescrination law or non discrimination Law is concerned with formation of legislation to prevent discrimination against certain group of people. Application of anti discrimination law is essential to protect the employees from discrimination based on their age, sex, ethnicity, race, religion, nationality ,disability,socioeconomic status and political opinion.
