- Using the incremental model, changes can be made throughout the
development stage but the change has not to be major change.
- If compared with the other models available, the incremental
model is less costlier.
- Even if it comes to change in the scope of the project or even
the requirements of a project, the incremental model proves to be
very flexible.
- The errors can be identified with ease during the development
and even in other stages.
- There are different phases of iteration and each phase might
not flexible enough.
- For handling error in one phase, other phases are required to
be changed which is a very time consuming process as every phase
hsa to go through error correction even if there is error in
one.
