After analysing the some of companies, I found out the following to be appropriate for sharing as a best and worst companies. the criteria i used here is the work environment, employee treatment, ethical values, and overall business practices.

*Uber being worst company

* Google being the best company

As far as uber is concerned, we can see that it has well business model, with innovative and technological ideas providing effective services to the customers. But, nothing can hide a toxic organisation culture say from, tax evasion, employee firing, to sexual harrassment. it promises its employees flex working schedules, but the drivers often work late hours. and due to its large business, it has power to cover its wrong doing. rarely an employee raise voice over its unethical practices. its srvice surely increased its competitiveness, but unethical practices has caused its image damaged in the minds of people.

When considering Google, we can find out that it actually shows concern towards its employees, has a better workplace, attractive pay package and one of the most profitable business in and around the world. it has flexible working hours, perks and many benefits to its employees. google empowers its employees to lead and to use their creativity which in turn benefit the company strenghtening the cpmetitive advantage of the firm. it also comply with the law, values the safety and security of its users and try to provide best search engine experince to the world users.
