My satisfaction level would bring job security, job motivation, enthusiam, salary increament and a higher position. According to my perception, there are some basic important features that makes a good job :

  • Job satisfaction : This is the most ultimate need which is essential to all of us in a workplace. Job satisfaction define an employee how much happy or involved with his work. Job satisfaction will meet our setting goal in a workplace. If there have no job satisfaction then it is very injurious for a industry or organisation.

  • Good relationship with co-workers : Employees who've a healthy realationship with their colleagues are highly satisfied with their job role than people who've a unhealthy relationship with their colleagues.
