This is an incident between a police officer and a man driving a car. The man was driving at a speed little over the speed limit required on the highway.Driving papers and pass was taken by the police officer. The man started abusing and even informed the police officer of the trouble that he was facing in the job scenario.The driving papers were also expired. The driver said his wife committed for the renewal of his driving papers and he had no idea about them. He even said that he will not be able to pay the fine as he did not have money due to financial problem in job.He was mentally disturbed and crossed the speed limit. Th driver was in a state of hallucination and false beliefs which had no touch with reality. He was imagining some false situations.The police officer warned that he will be given 20 days to pay the fine otherwise he will get a judicial letter from court regarding the payment of fine and de-registration of his vehicle and number plate.
