We all know that nurses are the one who mostly act as first responders to complicated human health conditions and other adversity. They are the life saviors and are the one responsible for advocating for the patient and the health team. Effective communication can be considered as most crucial factor that plays a major in shaping an effective relationships of collaboration and co-operation within the healthcare facility and is an very important characteristic of professional practice. Through this change initiative regarding communication barriers within healthcare, a significant improvement have been observed in the standard of communication between nurses and patients, which has ultimatly resulted as better influence on patient health outcomes.
