Monica who was diagnosed with PIH is 8 hours post vaginal delivery. She remains on Magnesium Sulfate 2 gm/hr IV. Her deep tendon reflexes are 3+, with 2 beats of clonus present. She is complaining of a severe headache and blurred vision. Her Magnesium blood level is 3.2 mEq/l. What do you suspect is happening?
