A primary responsibility of a Registered Nurse is to collaborate and communicate effectively on a team.
Supervision, conflict resolution, care coordination, and hand-offs in client care, are essential skills for the Registered Nurse. It is important for the Registered Nurse to adapt communication style to the needs of the team and the situation.

1. RN TEAMWORK:
Teamwork requires effective communication skills and collaborative care coordination. All team members want to feel their ideas and skills are valued . And increasing nursing workplace satisfaction is linked to positive patient care experiences.
2. RN COLLABORATION:
Collaboration in health care is defined as health care professionals assuming complementary roles and cooperatively working together , sharing responsibility for problem solving and making decisions to formulate and carry out plans for patient care.
3. RN LEADERSHIP:
Leadership has been described as the behavior of an individual when directing the activities of a group toward a shared goal. Leadership initiatives are associated with improvements in patient care or organizational outcomes when applied in the health care setting.
4. RN DELEGATION:
Relegation is the transfer of the nurses responsibility for the performance of a task to another nursing staff member while retaining accountability for the outcome . Responsibility can be delegated.
STRONG IN EXPERIENCE:
Especially I feel strong in knowledge or experience in case of communication. Communication is a good pillar between nurse and patient or other health worker. It is build with patient active bonded and sharing information about patient illness.
WEAK IN EXPERIENCE:
Especially I feel weakness in case of leadership . Leadership also a main pillar a good teamwork. Leadership is important to health care setting to lead a nurse or nurse student or a hospital and nursing home.
