We know that for the success of the project there should be a robust collaboration between teammates. For ensuring there should be proper channels for communication. For implementing this smoothness in communication we rely on internet communication methods.

Some of the internet tools for communication that we have relied upon are:-

Video Conferencing

It is the method of communication through the internet where the audio and video are transmitted between two or more persons. Video conferencing has helped a lot during the project as there is a direct interaction between teammates, and have more space for conveying the idea. It was useful in taking time-bound decisions quickly.

Time lag and network instability are the challenges faced during video conferencing. Also, everyone isn't comfortable using this medium.

SMS

AS the message directly reaches to the teammate's mobile phone, it was an easier manner to have them online at the time of urgency. It possesses an advantage to be handling precise information. Also, it is the simplest form of communication. Often it is used to communicate critical information. But the challenge faced using this communication tool is that the message should be too short.

Email

It is the transmission of information through communication networks. Using Emails have given a formality feeling between teammates. Also, it is useful as it could be used to transfer larger files and could be accessed from any systems. But it may face spams and virus attacks, which make them difficult.
