As student, we have many goals for our future which we want to achieve after we complete our graduation. Making goals help us to have a clear direction and path to lead on. This is the case with me. i have personal goal to have a bright career in Auto or vehicle insurance sector. i have always been interested in insurance because of my personal experience in the past.

My relative has a Car in the past. The Car was new and expensive and whenever we were little and go to their house we hangout and go on long drive in that Car. One day we heard the news that Car was into an accident but no one was harmed but Car got damaged very bad.

I got tensed that how my relatives would be able to cover the cost of damage that because they put much of their savings in the purchase of that Car but when i get to know that all the expenses was covered in Insaurance then i got very curious that how come so much damage can be recovered with so much less cost. at that time i was Little but my interest in pursuing the Career in insurance got arised.

I decided to take Insurance and management course to know about it more and how can i make bright future in this career.For this i tried to self learn my self by using internet researches about vehicle insurance, going to companies and people who are in this field and ask them about this works. i do discussion with mentors and my relatives who had done insurance of their vehicle. all these efforts lead me to make my goal more stronger that i would make career in this sector.

I chose management mentoring program because it would help me to understand more and get knowledge about the theoratical and practical aspects of such field.This will help me to identify my skills that i need to improved on and weaknesses that i need to remove under this program. The purpose of the Executive Mentor Program is to prepare students for successful careers in business by integrating academic learning with real-world experiences and to become a model for workforce readiness, embraced by the community.

this program would help me to identify my future career and make growth on that. It also help in to learn and practice professional networking skills . this program helps to make me into a professional student and foster excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking.all these would help me in my future career.
