a) What did you learn from this experience

In actual, health screenings and health promotion activity have a large reach of community people and at the same time it has more challenges in terms of quality, accuracy and efficacy of determining risks of chronic diseases.

b) How will you practice differently based in this experience?

One has to go for comprehensive assessment with adequate facilities and personnels to perform health screenings which should be of high quality, accuracy and efficacy. So as to help to determine the chronic disease conditions.

a) How could or would you like to advocate for this issue when you begin to practice as an RN?

Health promotion startegies like health education, a comprehensive assessment, understandable health care informations, Making the patients involved in their health care interventions, to sort out quality and efficacy issues and maintaining nurse-patient ratios inorder to eliminate errors, negligence and to provide quality care.
