Introduction:

This time world is facing a pandemic situation and its became a crisis. COVID-19 is now a global crisis that has affected the global economic, social and political activities. During the global lock-down all the economic activities has affected badly. Sector like tourism, aviation, manufacturing, hospitality sectors and retail sector have affected drastically. Thousands of people have lost their lives and million of people are Corona positive. Companies  are facing a big financial trouble and struggling for survival. Thousand of companies has been closed. So, this time to save the financial health of the biggest challenge for the companies globally.

Preparation for and in response to a potential influenza pandemic:

This is really a very tuff and challenging situation of everyone either a organization or a people. Things has been changed. The consumer confidence is at bottom level, people are living in a fear and very uncertain about the future so, the the priority, test, style, thinking of consumers or in a single word the consumer behavior has been changed. So, it is very-very important for a company to adjust and change itself with new business scenario smartly for survival others wise no one can save it.

So, as a business owner i will make changes in my business strategy. These changes are following as:

1. Approaching Style: I will try to reach to the customers or others stakeholder through digital approach of medium.

2. Digitalization:

I will aggressively digitalize my business and try to fulfill the need of customers through the new medium (digital platforms).

3. Marketing and promotion:

I will approach to the directly through the digital platforms of other electronic medium. I will promote my products and services through social media platforms or other electronic ways of communication. Will spend ore on it.

4. Business operation:

I will try to operate my business activity in very safe mode and will take care about the health of my employees seriously. I will operate my all non production activities like MIS, customer services, accounting etc from home or will permit to work from home for these types of operational activities. Other side for production activities i will strictly follow the doctors instructions and make sure the work place should be more healthy and secure for the workers. I will start my work in different shifts and with the limited employees. I will fix the number of employees for every shifts.

5. Expenses:

I will cut all the unnecessary expenses and facilities and take the help of cost cutting. But same time i will increase the expenses on employees social securities benefit and health safety.

6. Loan or credits:

I will take to my creditors for some relief in paying loan (principles + interest). I will also approach to my suppliers for the same.

7. Social Securities:

I will buy a group insurance for the existing workers and make sure to provide a good medicare facilities to the workers or their families.
