Expert Solution

Communication tactics refere to the different types of tools that someone uses to persue the stated objectives associated with the strategy of your organisation. Communication Tactics could include both the types of content how you share like storytelling and infographics and communication channels like social media, PR, email etc.

The most innovative idea I have seen so far for a communication tactic was the idea of using gaming technology and stimulation for the training and development purpose in one organisation. As the organisation itself was an outsourced solution provider organisation, the HR teams used a gaming technology to make the people train and understand the way of how new technology works. They designed the game like a Virtual Reality based system and made people play it to make them train and understand what new technology would feel and look like. Various levels tells about the various difficulty test of the games which helps the employee to strategically develop his/her competencies, abilities and strategic skills to make them learn about the benefits and the usage of the technology used for the further development. The production and employement satisafaction rate also increased as the new millenial employees want such kind of communication tactics to make them feel interested, included and developed. It was a successful implementation of the strategy.
