Answer: Much effort is required to stay healthy and fit. There are many factors which affects the health of a person such as eating habits, dietary supplements, physical activities as well as lifestyle. Obesity has become one of the most common problem or health issues nowadays because people are so much busy that they are unable to concentrate on their eating habits or the lifestyle. The intake of irregular meals, skipping meals, eating junk food causes lack of nutrients and unhealthy body which ultimately results into unhealthy mind.
The obesity causes cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc. To avoid the cardiovascular disease one has to work hard on the diet and change a proper lifestyle. Cardiovascular disease is generally caused by accumulation of bad cholesterol in the artery which causes insufficient supply of oxygen, blood into the heart.
Eating healthy foods such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, proteins which lowers the bad cholesterol level from our body. A daily exercise such as walking, jogging or running can have a good impact on the heart and body. Diet plays an important role as things we consume results into the energy. We should add more healthy foods in our diet such as spinach, broccoli, white meat , fruits etc. These nutrients will provide strength to the body and maintain the normal functioning of the body. If the body will be healthy, the state on mind will be also healthy.
