In my family one of member affected with back knee pain, the assessment of that member using COLDERR method include

The pain due to the repeated overuse of knee joint ,it may cause inflammation. The several studies found that non pharmacological measure is beneficial to improve pain in these patient. Non pharmacological measure have no side effects and cost effective. The non pharmacological measure include relaxation techniques such as breathing exercise, it help to releive pain
