You are asked to review the file of Ms. Jane Foley, the niece and only surviving heir of the late Ron Foley. Mr. Foley had a $1,000,000 life insurance policy that named his former business partner William Hill as the beneficiary. Ms. Foley believes that Mr. Hills has no right to collect from any insurance policy of her late uncle and she should get the proceeds. Write an interoffice memo

Subject: Regarding Insurance Proceed.
As per the rules only beneficiary gets the benefit. In this case before death of late Foley he had named Mr. Hills as a beneficiary in the insurance worth $1000000. As per the terms, only beneficiary gets the benefit of the insurances until and unless the bearer has made some amendment before the death.
So in this particular case, you are not eligible to get the insurance benefit after the death but being a nephew you may be entitled for other benefits.
I hope you will stick to the rules and regulations
Thank you.
