According to The Global Gender Gap Report 2017, by the World Economic Forum, gender parity is the fundamental to how the economies around the world will grow. It is widely accepted that a country will not thrive to its full potential without the participation of the woman work force. Sex discrimination is commonly seen at workplace, often it is seen that various womans were located in a low pay scale in a industry as compared to their male counterparts , woman entrepreneurs were denied loans by various financial institutions, thus all such factors degrade the overall economic growth of a nation.

Now, the most common question that come to our mind, is what actually there is need to be done, there is need to develop a woman friendly infrastructure, that understand their needs and cater their needs from time to time. Better transportation facility's ensuring woman safety, countering geographic constraints should be developed, proper education system that nurture the moral values and motivating the enterpreneurs within is need to be adopted, financial policies that caters the economic needs of the woman should be implimented, thus empowering the womans.
