Does your organization offer a group insurance policy? If so, what is the basic plan design of your organization’s life insurance policy, and for how much are you covered? How do you value this benefit in relation to the entire benefit package and why?
Yes actually I am working in a multinational company and my organization is offering star health insurance card that offering hospitalization expenses of employees which are related to health and amount limit is 5 lcs. This plan is offering after the medical check up of employees and not covering pregnancy case and some other special categories of desease. This package is much fine and maximum security to employees during the job.
