The challenges are --1) New travel restrictions --the prime minister made an announcement that Canada will deny entry of travellers who are not permanent residents or Canadian residents.But there are certain exceptions like US citizens ,immediate family members of Canadian citizens, who are exempted.Only 4 international airports will be accepting international flights . The prime minister has announced 14 days quarantine for people who have travelled from outside Canada including US.. 2) Avoid non essential international travel because diseases will be transferred across the global.3) Special measures for certain immigration applications to control the spread of diseases.Managers should seek legal advice to learn how these special measures may affect any pending immigration application.

I would recommend extraordinary measures in airports to identify travellers who may be ill and also raise awareness among travellers regarding what they need to do in case they become Asymptomatic. Provisional governments should also issue gutdance on health and safety measures.
