normative social influence= This is when the majority of he individuals are able to put pressure on the other peope to conform to their opinion or standards
informational social influnece = This is when a person conforms to the given view as he thinks tht the given view is correct
social impact theory= This indicates that a higher number of individuals, the sigiinficnace of the individuals and the persons with greater influence can conform others with their opinions
Answer 2= The right level of conformity in the group is one that results in a group or team cohesiveness and the level when each team member support and help others and promotes the opinion of others. This is important in order to reduce the deviance in the group.
