The health care system will render the service in the health system through promoting, restring and maintaining health. Physicians, dentists and other supporting staffs were included in the healthcare system. The major objectives of the healthcare sectors are assessing the heath related needs which demanded y the population; prevent the community through curative activities. In India each state have their own independent healthcare system. The major central government responsibilities are policy making, planning, guiding, assisting, evaluating and coordinating the work done by states. The national level official organs of health system are The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, The Directorate General of Health Services and The Central Council of Health and Family Welfare. Intended to the delivery of the healthcare system, the system was divided into five categories; Public health sector, private health sector, Indigenous system of medicine, Voluntary health agencies and national health programmes. The most important primary healthcare system in India is Community Health Centre (CHC), Primary Health Centre (PHC) and Sub Centre (SC).
The Obamacare was implemented through Affordable Care Act (ACA) which tried to ensure the health of the workers in the country. On the one side it is very helpful for the workers who faced several health issues. On the other hand there is a high premium is paid by the insurer. This premiums rise will cause a burden among the people who are already have the insurance. The major goal of Obamacare is people insured around year. The taxes will rise with respect to the result of ACA. This rise in tax rates affects the high income people. So Trump tried to avoid the signing of the agreement of Obamacare to avoid the financial burden among US citizens. The business entrepreneurs will try to cut the employee’s hours. This will destroy the job opportunities among the people.
