How does and inclusion strategy for diversity differ from a valuing differences strategy?
Definition of Diversity
Diversity is an attribute that results from differences in religion, education, culture, gender, ethnicity and age among humans. It means understanding one another’s differences and showing respect for them.
Inclusion strategy:
Inclusion is the behavior that welcomes and embraces diversity. From organizational perspective inclusion in a practice where different groups or individuals from different background and cultures are treated equally to create good atmosphere in the organization to achieve its goals.
Valuing strategy:
Valuing strategy gives emphasis to people change in terms of race and ethnicity. This strategy includes accommodations for variances that cause conflict with employees from another group.
