Strategy deployment is nothing but the process by which the strategy is implemented to get best business result. The strategic planning is put into practice for the entire organixation for improvement and proper functioning of the orgaanization.

Strategy development is nothing but the process by which long-term and short-term opportunities are identified and created for the organization. The difference between strategy deployment and strategy development are: -

• Strategy deployment consider all improvement project of the organizatoion with the business objectives whereas strategy development focus on short-term and long-term opportunities of business which can bring value to the stakeholders, customers and society.
• Strategy deployment enables the organization to cope up with uncertain situations in dynamic environment whereas strategy development focus on growth of business by grabbing opportunities from the market.
